Peach Sorbet

Try this extremely flexible recipe with blueberries or other fruit.

16 ounces frozen peaches
6 ounces frozen apple juice concentrate
1?2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. In a blender, combine fruit and apple juice concentrate.
2. Slowly add water to make a smooth sorbet. Stir in lemon juice to taste.
3. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer container and freeze until ready to use. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Peaches are an excellent source of the antioxidant beta-carotene, which helps lower the risk of heart disease.
